Deliveries

All purchases are available to collect in-store and now we offer a home delivery. To avail of home delivery simply select the product Home Delivery and add it to your basket. Our aim is to despatch orders within 24 hours and delivery is normally 2-5 working days from date despatched (you will receive an email saying that your order has been despatched). We use Fastway Couriers for parcels and An Post for small packages.

Please note that "Free Delivery" at the checkout refers only to in-store collection and is not a home delivery service.

If an order is placed for items which are reprinting or out of stock then it may take longer to process your order. If this happens we will contact you, as depending on the time frame it may be better to hold delivery of the order until all items are available.

  • How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?

We charge a flat fee of €4.95 for delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Can I order online and collect in store?

Yes, if you would like to collect your order in store simply select the free delivery option at the checkout. If you choose to use our free In Store Collection Service from our shop at 11 Rossa Street, Clonakilty please bring your confirmation email with you for verification. We will send you an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

  • How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from our shop, we’ll send a ‘Dispatch Notification’ email. This will contain a unique code allowing you to track your order via www.fastway.ie.
