Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order and would like to return any item, we accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch, provided the goods are still in perfect condition and in the original wrapping.

Once we have received the returns you will be credited with the full total of returned items – postage will only be refunded if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Customers must report any damages by email within 24 hours of delivery i.e. scratches, dents or tears. It’s important that every product is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you immediately upon delivery.

How can I return items?

You can return items in person to our shop at 11 Rossa Street, Clonakilty, Co. Cork. At the time of return you must show your invoice as proof of purchase. Provided you return the unwanted items within 28 days of dispatch and the returned item is in marketable condition you will be credited for the cost of the item.

Alternatively, you can return items to us by post. Repackage the items securely and send them together with the reason for return, the invoice number, your e-mail address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement. All returns should be addressed to Coughlans Bookshop, 11 Rossa Street, Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
